Remove the Skybell camera from the account
Before resetting the camera is necessary to remove it from your account.
You can use a computer to visit the Alarm.com website.

Log into your Alarm.com Account.
Click on Settings >> Video >> Video Device Info.
Click "Delete this video device"
A screen pops up to confirm you want to delete the device.
And the first part is done.
Now you are ready to go to the next step and physically reset the doorbell.
How to reset the SkyBell doorbell to factory default
The SkyBell doorbell camera has a pushbutton that allows you to reset the device.
Usually, the doorbell shows an initial red/green flashing light before the reset process and after you finish it. See the details below:
Follow the steps to reset the doorbell.
After seeing the rapid yellow flashing light, it may take one minute or two to get the camera back to the red/green flashing light state. Please be patient.
Now your SkyBell doorbell camera is ready for re-syncing.
Use your App and follow the instruction on how to add the SkyBell to Alarm.com
And that's it.
You just reset your camera and have it back working.
