Identification of your ADT security system

To discover your own ADT system, find your keypad since the characteristics of your keypad will assist you in determining your unique ADT system.

Consider whether your keypad includes up and down arrows near the display, a drop-down door, a raised numeric keypad, speakers, and other features.

If you also have ADT Pulse, there’s an effortless shortcut. Simply connect to your ADT Pulse Portal and select the system tab in the upper right corner. Then read the information in the panel at the top of the page.

Final Thoughts

Have you found the ADT system model you own? Hopefully so. If you can’t figure it out, try checking your purchase history. For instance, if you bought it off Amazon, you can always check your past orders and even search for the ADT panel.

Another way to look into which ADT system model you own is to locate its manual. You should always keep the manual to something so important, like your home security system. There you will find the exact model you own.

Nevertheless, if nothing seems to work, you can also try searching up the model number that usually comes in most equipment and is a series of numbers in every device.

Lastly, you can also reach out to ADT customer service, and they can further provide you with the help you need to determine which model you purchased.
